QUALITY POLICY
Our mission is to contribute to the development of Tunisian industry providing our customers innovative design and construction services in various engineering sectors.
Driven by a vision of sustainable performance within a Win-Win and lasting relationship with its customers and all stakeholders, M.E.R.I places Quality at the heart of its competitive strategy and, to ensure it, implements a Quality System Management in conformity with the ISO 9001-2008 standard, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Through a participatory management, the Quality policy of M.E.R.I aims to:
I. Provide projects study and realization services in line with customers’ requirements, through continuous dialogue with our teams of engineers and regular customer satisfaction surveys.
II. Control firm processes by a management helping our teams’ reactivity and the competitiveness of our services.
III. Ensure permanent and rigorous quality controls.
IV. Guarantee performance and reliability of our industrial machinery and equipments.
V. Increase our customers’ satisfaction through continuous improvement initiative going beyond mere compliance.
VI. Improve permanently the qualification level of our staff by in-service training programs, seniors’ know-how valuation and an attracting and retaining talent Policy.
As the Manager of M.E.R.I, I engage with:
- Ensuring that this Quality policy is communicated and understood by all staff.
- Providing the supportive work environment and the resources needed to mobilize each staff member for high customers’ added-value services.
- Expand our business by placing on an equal footing our financial performance objectives and those of Quality performance.
- Watching over M.E.R.I’ Quality Management System so that it remains relevant, appropriate and effective, consistent with the continual improvement philosophy that underpins it.
